This season, bold bright colors are popping up everywhere from; eye shadows, lipsticks, nail polishes, clothing, handbags, and shoes. Not all brides are a fans of color and for these brides less is always more. Some brides prefer the “barely there” nude makeup. The nude makeup look is a classic one that will never go out of style, but it has been revised. Creating the nude look this season is all about giving the bride an illuminated face. Her skin should look hydrated, natural and fresh. No heavy blush and definitely no heavy contouring. This is a great look for a destination bride because the dewy look always works best at a beach wedding instead of a matte face and lip. So now you are a nude glowing bride on your wedding day.

60's retro eye makeup
I have always loved the timeless Mod Retro’s 60’s makeup look; bold strip eyelashes, strong winged out black eyeliner, pale eye shadow with a strong smoky crease, and a pale pink lipstick. This sultry makeup look has been channel by celebrities, models on the runway and now beautiful spring brides. Spring weddings always seem to bring out soft feminine makeup looks for me. I love to work with shades of pale pink on my brides with eye shadows, blushes, and lipsticks.
Bridal Mod, my makeup twist on 60’s Mod for brides, exudes spring with its delicate and ladylike color palette that compliments all brides and destination brides for their wedding. My glamxurious five Bridal Mod pale pink lipstick colors:
- L’OREAL Colour Riche Lipstick *Pink Passion
- Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil *Roman Holiday
- Bobbi Brown Lipstick *Pale Pink No 21
- Vincent Longo Lipstick *Baby Pink
- MAC Viva Glam Lipstick *Gaga
